Shipping policy
Shipping Policy: The customer or consumer is responsible for the purchase or added transaction of shipping costs. It is up to the customer to choose their own shipping rate and amount. Shipping rates may be discounted by a code or promotion.
Shipping time: Pink Rodeo can take up to 5-7 business days to make, pack, and ship your order. If items qualifies as a "Made to Order" product, shipment may get delayed further. Some products are available for purchase when sold out, this will cause a delay in shipment. Pink Rodeo will notify you if you made a purchase of an out of stock order, and will clarify the delayed wait time for your order or specific item.
If a customer wishes to return or exchange an item, they will be responsible for shipping the item back to Pink Rodeo Boutique at the return address that is provided in Terms and Services and under Contact Information. Return instructions will be sent when a return or exchange request is accepted.
Pink Rodeo Boutique will cover shipping costs to return the exchanged item, but will be at the standard shipping rate.
Shipping Delays: Once your package has been dropped off to the shipping carrier, Pink Rodeo Boutique is no longer responsible for its arrival or delivery. Our responsibility ends once the package is in the hands of the chosen shipping supplier. We do not offer refunds or credits for any issues regarding delivery, including lost or delayed packages. Any claims or concerns related to your shipment, including delays or damages, should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. We recommend tracking your order and reaching out to the carrier if any issues arise during transit.
