Refund policy

Pink Rodeo Boutique has a 30-day return policy. The customer has 30 days after receiving their item by mail or by event to request a return. After the 30 days, no request is allowed or will be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the original order number, packing slip, or proof of purchase. 

Returns CANNOT be made inside Queen Bee Boutiques or any other vendor store location.

Pink Rodeo items purchased in-store Queen Bee Boutiques are final sale. If a return or exchange is needed, the customer must start the return process mentioned below. Returns will only be processed through Pink Rodeo directly with approval. 


To start a return, you can contact us at pinkrodeoboutique@gmail.com, or initiate the return process from your customer account.

If your item(s) are eligible for return, you'll receive shipping instructions as well as a return shipping label via email from Pink Rodeo Boutique.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not receive a refund.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If order items are incorrect but no communication has taken place within our 30-day return policy, no return or exchange can be made for the incorrect item(s).

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items labeled as "final sale", perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty or hair products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The following items are nonreturnable:

  • Prepacked food or beverage items (including mixes)
  • Hair products
  • Hair accessories
  • Jewelry
  • Items labeled as final sale.
  • Gift card purchases (exchange or store credit may be available)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item you have. Once the return is accepted, the selected exchange items will be sent to the customer. If your item was purchased at a in-person event, message us to start the return or exchange process.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at pinkrodeoboutique@gmail.com. In-person transactions involving cash are the ONLY transactions that can be refunded in cash.
